We currently ship within Australia only - cakes CANNOT be shipped nationally and can only be delivered locally.
Please allow 1-2 business day for dispatch and 1-2 business days for delivery.

Delivery
All our products are available for delivery in Brisbane
Delivery fee is added on checkout and will be included as an itemised charge on invoice.
Once your order has been delivered to the nominated address/venue, Flour Society are not liable for any loss or damage caused.
There is no delivery service on Sundays.
All deliveries will be completed before 5.00pm.
If we are given a wrong address or the recipient is not there/unable to receive at the time of delivery, the delivery will be returned to the bakery shop, where arrangement can be made to collect. If you wish to arrange another delivery, a second delivery fee will be charged.
Please ensure you add contact details on checkout for delivery drivers if needed.
Pick Up
Free pickup is available from our bakery in Brookwater, QLD.
The bakery address will be displayed on the customer order confirmation email, along with the collection time.
Orders MUST be collected before 4:30pm on weekdays, before 1:00pm on Saturdays and between 9.30am and 11.30am on Sundays.
Once cakes/cookies have left our bakery, Flour Society are not liable for any loss or damage caused.
Cookie\Cake care and transportation information will be provided with each product received.

Order Cancellations & Modifications
We understand plans change and are willing to accommodate changes to your order. However please note as changes require administration, there is a $10 admin fee for changes and/or cancellations. Within 7 days of collection, we are not able to accommodate changes to your order and have a strict no cancellations policy within this time frame. Note : We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
Postal Orders
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on food.
If you have not received your product due to you having put the wrong or incomplete shipping address, then we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
If your item has had multiple attempted deliveries from the courier and you haven't collected it, and it gets returned, then we can't offer a refund or replacement.
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we require a photo of the defect to assess refund eligibility. Without a photo, we are unable to assess your claim. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at orders@floursociety.com. If your return is accepted, we will issue next steps via email.
Pickup
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer a refund or exchange due to a simple change of mind. And once the products have left our bakery.
