Shipping policy

We currently ship within Australia only - cakes CANNOT be shipped nationally and can only be delivered locally (Brisbane).

Local delivery (Brisbane): please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch and 1-2 business days for delivery.

National shipping (cookies only): we ship via Australia Post standard post, which typically takes 3-5 business days in transit once dispatched, depending on your location - please allow extra time over weekends and public holidays. If your order is required by a specific date, we recommend choosing Express Post at checkout or contacting us before ordering so we can confirm a realistic delivery window.

Corporate order lead times (time to prepare, before dispatch) are listed on our Corporate Ordering page and vary by box size.
