A note on gluten & allergens
Our Gluten Free Chocolate Chip cookie is made with gluten free ingredients — no wheat flour goes into it.
However, we operate as a full scratch kitchen. This means we handle and have on the premises known allergens such as gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, and eggs. Additionally, our chocolate and other ingredients are manufactured in facilities that may process nuts and other allergens due to shared equipment.
We do not put any nuts in this cookie, and we have strict policies in place to avoid cross-contamination — but we can't guarantee it is completely free of traces of gluten, peanuts or tree nuts.
If you have coeliac disease or a severe allergy or intolerance, we recommend securing baked goods from a bakery that can guarantee 100% gluten free and allergen-free products.
